#5. The MH17 case has to re-start from scratch (new evidence)

A. INTRO

The original post, published April 28, 2023, was titled: “MH17”, and, has been ENTIRELY changed on May 6, 2026, because of the recently published scientific book: The Russia-Ukraine War and its Origins (professor Ivan Katchanovski), and another book: What I saw in Ukraine (Benoît Paré, international observer), but also because the two links to Bellingcat had become meaningless: in 2023, when I published the original post, both links were directing to a Bellingcat web-page with a picture of a BUK, Russian made, in 2008, in Ukraine. The articles were still there, but the pictures of the BUK, with the text that included the year 2008, and that it were Russian BUKs, are gone.

• The books of Ivan Katchanovski, Benoît Paré, and the White Book, published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in March 2014, plus the NYT article, published on June 14, 2014, and the in 1 mentioned Human Rights Watch articles, plus the documentary about Donbass, are crucial to create an exact view on the real political situation in Ukraine, to be able to find the real culprit, within the downing of the MH17.
• The books did not exist yet on November 17, 2022 (court decision).
• The NYT article however did indeed exist, but was “overlooked”(?), together with the Human Rights Watch letter and articles, plus The White Book, a report of violations of human rights in Ukraine from November 2013 till March 2014, published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. This study was not taken into account, which proves that the Judges in the court case were not objective, but committed to the NATO / Pentagon, Washington scenario.
• All this together shows that the court case end result was a scam, therefore illegal, and has to be re-opened, to start from scratch.

The October 2025 published book: “The Russia-Ukraine War and its Origins“, written by professor Ivan Katchanovski, offers the evidence that in early 2014 a by the USA well-prepared civil war started in Ukraine, as part of the total war somewhere in the future, with Russia. All started in Kiev, with the Maidan Massacre [17 February 2014], the killing of hundred innocent people, by pro-USA forces. This has been in-depth investigated by professor Ivan Katchanovsky, and been exposed via his analyses of many videos that have also been used also as evidence during a trial. Also the court sessions have been filmed, and are published on professor Katchanovsky’s YouTube channel. This book creates therefore also the immediate necessity of a re-opening of the MH17 case: because on July 17, 2014, there was a war in South East Ukraine, between separatists in Donbass (the MH17 was flying over Donbass/ Donetsk, so over a war zone in Ukraine) and the USA/Kiev regime, under the full control of Washington, in which many thousands¹ of Ukrainians were killed in the South East, by Kiev.

• Additional: Secretary of NATO from 2009-2014 the Danish Anders Fogh Rasmussen, is still a NATO lobbyist. He wrote the book: The Will to Lead: America’s Indispensable Role in the Global Fight for Freedom. The title is a scam, glorifying a CIA ruled, economic fascist regime [Economic Fascism][CIA: Undermining and Nazifying Ukraine Since 1953]. “The will to lead” is based on white supremacism, racism, modern colonialism, and derived from the ideological dreaming (phantasy), that USA has to be the hegemon [The US motivation is to be number one, (bottom page 5)]. The US does not fight for freedom, it follows a typically American crooks system: regime change everywhere possible in the world via a coup, followed by theft, exploitation of all what is below the surface of the soil of a country, like oil and rare minerals, and when all is taken, leaving the country ruined behind, and in extreme poverty. This is proven via statements, from former ambassadors, witnesses, colonels, CIA analysts, history writers, etc. to be found in this list: Political Analysts / Experts. Anders Fogh Rasmussen is therefore legalizing, even promoting the war in Ukraine, guilty of demonizing Russia, supporting a war-criminal regime in Washington and complicit, together with Stoltenberg and Rutte, in the elimination of young Ukrainians, who were and still are pushed (arrested on the streets and transported) to fight in a completely meaningless NATO war that could have been avoided, following logic, and diplomacy, in a very simple way. On NATO’s banner is written: “Provoke! Fight! Die! For us, NATO!” The USA is practicing pathological political meddling world wide, with the mask of the Good Guy, while being the aggressor, the human rights violator even in its own USA, and committing war crimes.

2. RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

The MH17 was flying over a war-zone, on July 17, 2014. Entire Ukraine was a war zone since February 2014, and reason why in the meantime passenger flights from London and Paris were avoiding the Ukrainian airspace.

Excerpt from a video, published in 2014, by Global News:

Missiles were crossing the skies above Ukraine, and yes, Kiev-Ukraine had its own anti-aircraft warfare, also buks, which were all made in Russia in that time. The in general Russian population in the south-east received support from Russia. The rest of Ukraine received support from the collective west. The NATO goal, and cause of the Russia-Ukraine war, the NATO membership of Ukraine, became official in 2008, but was already planned in 2002. The NATO membership was not the wish of the Ukrainian people:

On April 5, 2024, Professor Glenn Diesen shared on X: The polling reveals NATO membership was deeply unpopular among Ukrainians even AFTER Russia took back Crimea: – Between 1991 and 2014 (before the coup), all polls revealed only 20% of Ukrainians wanted to join NATO, despite fierce efforts by the US.

Question 1: Why did the new, pro-American Ukrainian government at the time, in 2014, not warn the Netherlands—a befriended nation, therefore, because it is pro-American—of the extreme danger concerning flying over a war zone, Donetsk/Donbass?

Question 2: Who is/are primarily liable for the downing of MH17?
Apparently—and one can state that this is highly remarkable or dangerously negligent—no briefing took place from Ukraine to the countries outside, the EU, and thus not with the Netherlands either; otherwise, this disaster would never have occurred. One may assume with certainty that the danger of an airplane crash in Kyiv was known, especially since the country was—and is—informed, supported, and coached by the USA. The USA has control over everything; it has informants and supervisors. The CIA. It is therefore evident that the Ukrainian government was fully aware of the war in Donetsk and of real and life-threatening dangers concerning air traffic in the airspace above Donetsk.

Question 3: When will people in Europe, in the Netherlands, become aware of the liability, of the unforgivable negligence of Ukraine and the USA in this matter?

Question 4: Is the withholding of information, the failure to issue warnings, resulting in such a disaster, to be charged as WAR CRIME, in this case committed by the USA and Ukraine?

3. TO BE INVESTIGATED: THE ROLE OF RUTTE

3a. Rutte today, as NATO secretary general.

Rutte is excessively active in spreading NATO war-propaganda, uses extremely provocative, rude, humiliating rhetoric, filled with delusional grandeur, misinformation and pathological lies. Unfortunately the one despicable video has been withdrawn from YouTube, recently published, the one in which Rutte requests parents to sacrifice their sons and daughters to the NATO war against Russia, while demonizing Putin, who has factually not asked anything else than a neutral Ukraine, and the end of NATO expansion, in order to protect his own people against NATO expansion and NATO aggression. 3b. TO BE INVESTIGATED: Rutte’s role in the MH17 story, his absent information to Schiphol and Malaysia that Ukraine’s airspace should be avoided: and THUS

1. his possible, even conscious choice in 2014, NOT to warn Schiphol in order to demonstrate to NATO that he is willing to do anything [the goal justifies the means] to become NATO Secretary General

2. and thus meet the conditions to pass the screening regarding 100% loyalty to NATO interests

3. and thus war industry interests, and to demonstrate cooperation with NATO objectives—in this case the downfall of Russia, the end of Russia—and create anti-Russia sentiment in the Netherlands and elsewhere in the world,

4. and THUS even willing sacrifice innocent civilians, in order to turn the anti-Russia sentiment into deep-black hatred, disgust, and to make the Dutch willing to sacrifice their children and grandchildren to a war that could have been prevented if the truth had come to light, but which is heavily censored.

Note: The by the USA orchestrated and well prepared Maidan Massacre was a similar sacrifice of innocent people [shown by professor Ivan Katchanovski in his scientific work The Russia-Ukraine War and its Origins] to realize the political goal: an overthrow of the pro-Russia government in Kiev, via a coup, that was following some days later. My hypothesis: The sacrifice of the passengers and crew of the MH17 was used by USA/NATO to create deep-felt Russia hatred, and legalize a war against Russia, to create pro-USA sentiment, and to create anti-Russia sentiment.

Rutte, who has shown during his 4 cabinets, daring to behave inhumane ²,³, has not shown a single sign of compassion, ever, is granite-hard, and is now the VVD [Dutch right wing political party] “whisperer”. Rutte was Prime Minister at the time of the downing of the MH17 and is 100% liable for information provided to Schiphol.

3c. TO BE INVESTIGATED: the procedure of becoming a NATO secretary general

• When does a search for a new secretary general start?
• Are eventual candidates monitored, and then invited if they are maybe interested in the job?
• What must the skills of the new secretary general be?
• Are there tests, exams, investigations, going deep into a candidate’s personal life, education, family, circle of friends, sexual preferences, religion, etc., similar to what candidate ambassadors or UN secretary candidates have to endure, or even worse?

4. THE ROLE OF KIEV, POROCHENKO AND USA

If Porochenko “forgot” to warn Rutte, then it is Porochenko / the USA who are the one and only culprit and fully accountable for the consequences of the failure to inform, or the intentional NOT informing, because they had, like Rutte as secretary general of NATO once in the then nearby future, a personal interest in the downing of MH17, since this “accident” incited hatred against Russia, fuelled the ignorant people’s desire for revenge, and legalized NATO expansion.

The Kiev coup regime / the collective west and mainstream media legalized the war with lies, misinformation, silencing information, Putin was demonized because a killer, NATO terrorism was upgraded to heroic deeds, and NATO expansion was made necessary via lies.

In my hypothesis the downing of the MH17 was planned, and nothing less than a conspiracy. Those who were sacrificed, passengers and crew of the MH17, are —like those who were killed in the Maidan Massacre, 5 months earlier, orchestrated and executed by pro-USA terrorists, source the scientific work of Ivan Katchanovski, free available here— martyrs, victims of western colonialism, greed and American hegemony.

5. REOPENING OF THE MH17 CASE

The latest book by Maidan Massacre expert, the scientist Ivan Katchanovski, and the book of Benoit Paré, “What I saw in Ukraine, 2015-2022 – Diary of an International Observer, are pieces of evidence that have not been discussed or mentioned in any Dutch newspaper article, NOS broadcast, Pauw, Jinek, etc..

Benoît Paré’s book starts with the Ukraine after the downing of the MH17, but it contains important information about the situation, the facts and acts we never heard via the mainstream media, and the judge in the court case not either. This book is an official report about the political facts and acts in South East Ukraine, and how the US-sponsored Ukrainian ultranationalist project provoked Moscow’s reaction. Of the highest importance is also the White Book On Violations Of Human Rights And the Rule of Law in Ukraine – 2013/2014, published in April 2014, by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to learn to understand the expansion of the civil war in Ukraine into a full-scale civil war, in the summer of 2014, when the MH17 was flying IN and OVER the war-zone, IN Ukraine, not in Russia. That Russia intervened in the civil war was due to the violations of human rights in Donbass, where many Russians live. In the documentary made by Anne-Laure Bonnel you can also see at 33:38 in the video a Russian humanitarian convoy with food, and other needs, for the people in Donbass.

These books, articles and videos are the evidence that lies have been told, the truth concealed, while NATO propaganda and lies are tolerated, not even discussed. Sacrificing your children to senseless violence is absurd. But tolerated. How bizarre is the time we live in now.

Note: In a video, published on April 21, 2026, the Dutch Ukraine-Russia-expert Marie-Thérèse ter Haar speaks about Rutte’s negligence to travel to Ukraine after the MH17 accident. He never went there. This fits within the hypothesis I shared above. Someone, including Rutte, who is part of the cause, according to my hypothesis, would then face the consequences of his own actions, and thus his own guilt, and so he stayed home.

6. WIKIPEDIA SPREADS MISINFORMATION, AND BLOCKS WORLD PEACE

Since the ignorant crowds use Wikipedia, I add the following about Wikipedia, and urge their editors to update the lies into evidence based science and facts. Because, as ambassador Jack Matlock says: “Western Leaders Became Ideological ‘War Criminals’ “. [But Wikipedia contributors and users do not understand who are ruling the world, and Wikipedia.]

6a. WIKIPEDIA IS NOT A RELIABLE SOURCE, WHY NOT?

• Consensus-Based Content: The reality however is completely different from Wikipedia claims. The Wikipedia community is shaped as a pyramid, with many contributors at the base, and a powerful hierarchical system in many layers upward, with one final decisionmaker at the top who decides what is correct or not. So, though Wikipedia denies this, it IS indeed a dictatorial hierarchical system, that only SEEMS to be democratical. Contributors have all a nickname, and nobody, with some rare exceptions, knows their personal name, education, nationality. So, in case you “debate” about an issue, you do not have any idea with who you are discussing, his level of intelligence, education, etc.

• Categories: In Wikipedia are several categories. Politics is one of these. Pages about politics are generally scam, and only those who are really informed, discover the scam, the lies, the misinformation, twisting of facts, etc. This is possible because the top of the pyramid follows the rules of the oligarchs behind the screens. Professor Ivan Katchanovski has been victim of scammers, Wikipedia contributors, who follow the mainstream media misinformation and upgrading this misinformation into facts, and, because of their power on the hierarchical vertical line to the top, they can remove scientific facts and add misinformation, even able to categorize the original text into “conspiracy theory”, and by doing so, humiliating the authentic author, the scientist. In public. There are lots of pages about people in the world, where only slander and lies is to be found. And it stays there. Not everybody has the skills to change it, or to remove it, do not know who to connect with who is able to delete the lies. Professor Ivan Katchanovski has discovered the names of the scammers and the text about subjects could be finally restored.

• Source Citation: Wikipedia writes: “Information must be based on reputable, third-party sources (books, journals, reputable news)”. However, we know that we live in a world of lies, and that lies are the new truth. That science can be prostituted, that newspapers and other media are owned by oligarchs, who need the lies to continue their economic profit.

• Neutrality: Though Wikipedia claims to be neutral: it is not neutral at all.

We need independent media. Independent investigative journalists. These have to be checked constantly as well. That is what I do. I have created a list with reliable sources, and this list is constantly edited.

6b. The Wikipedia MH17 data from 2014 has been completely deleted.

The flight details, as they were displayed on Wikipedia at the time, when I posted that memorial photo on Flickr (see also the information below the photo on Flickr), SO IN 2014:

On July 17, 2014, at 12:14 p.m. (CEST), the Boeing 777 departed from Schiphol Airport for a scheduled flight to Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Shortly after 2:00 p.m. (CEST), the aircraft climbed from 31,000 feet (9,450 meters) to 33,000 feet (10,060 meters) upon entering Ukrainian airspace. The airspace over Ukraine was closed up to 32,000 feet (9,750 meters) but was open above that. The aircraft disappeared from radar around 3:18 p.m. (CEST) east of the Ukrainian city of Donetsk, 50 kilometers from the Russian border. At that time, it was following a more northerly route than in the preceding days. The reason for the deviating route over the conflict zone could have been a significant storm on the originally planned route. The wreckage of the aircraft was found scattered over an area of ​​35 square kilometers. The tail lay 10 kilometers away from other wreckage, an indication that the plane disintegrated at high altitude.

Note: In 2014, there was mention of a “conflict zone” and a storm. That storm was supposedly the reason for flying higher—so not the “conflict zone“—to 33,000 feet. In today’s version, there is no longer any mention of a “conflict zone,” but rather that the Russo-Ukrainian war was ongoing around Donetsk at that time. And: it was a scheduled flight. That, too, was not mentioned in the 2014 version. The word “conflict zone” has therefore been correctly changed. Nothing is written about the storm anymore. Why not, I wonder.

Independent in-depth experts, investigative journalists, political scientists Ivan Katchanovski and professor Glenn Diesen should be invited to write the Wikipedia page. There are no experts in the Wikipedia community who have the necessary 100% knowledge about all the complex details, and how these are intertwined.
